Olivepress (“Olivepress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at tryolivepress.com and the associated chat, research, and charting features (collectively, the “Service”). If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at support@tryolivepress.com.

Olivepress is an educational research tool. It uses large language models and data from third-party providers (including Tavily, FRED, Financial Modeling Prep, TradingView, and AI providers routed through Vercel AI Gateway) to summarize market context, trace second- and third-order effects, and render inline charts.

Olivepress is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing generated by the Service is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, digital asset, or other financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Olivepress. You may create an account with an email and password, or sign in with Google. A limited number of evaluation prompts are available without an account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tryolivepress.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Olivepress offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Super). Current pricing is listed at tryolivepress.com/pricing.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Sales taxes, VAT, or other duties may be added where applicable. We may change prices or plan features prospectively; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

To keep the Service stable, we apply usage limits that vary by plan and may include per-user hourly caps and per-IP rate limits. We may adjust these limits, suspend excessive or abusive usage, or rate-limit requests that put the Service at risk.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties or to operate an advisory business;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute outputs, market data, or charts in violation of third-party data provider terms (including TradingView, FRED, and Financial Modeling Prep);
• attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or entitlement gates;
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or intended to harass others;
• use the Service for market manipulation, coordinated trading, or any activity that violates applicable securities laws.

You retain ownership of the prompts, questions, and other inputs you submit. You grant Olivepress a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process those inputs and display outputs to you through the Service, and to retain them for service operation, abuse prevention, and product improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.

Model outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date. You are responsible for verifying any fact, figure, or chart before relying on it.

Olivepress, its logo, design, and underlying software are owned by Olivepress and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business research.

Olivepress relies on third parties including Vercel (hosting), Neon/Postgres (database), NextAuth and Google (authentication), Stripe (billing), Tavily, FRED, Financial Modeling Prep, TradingView (market data and charts), AI model providers routed via Vercel AI Gateway, Sentry (error monitoring), and Resend (email). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Olivepress does not warrant that outputs will be accurate, that charts will reflect real-time market state, or that the Service will be free of errors or downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olivepress and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost trading gains, lost data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to defend and indemnify Olivepress from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including any claim that trades you placed based on Service outputs caused loss or damage.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, put the Service at risk, or use it unlawfully. You may stop using Olivepress at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. Sections that by their nature should survive — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property — will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Olivepress is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
